If you break or lose your Kindle, can you recover all of the e-books you bought for free?
How long do these things last? A paper book can last for 300 years or more. I imagine this hunk of plastic and solder will last 3 years max?
Are books actually cheap enough in electric format to cover the cost of the gadget?

it’s just more convenient to have all your books in one place rather than having to carry all of them.
as a college student it helps a lot not only with the price but also with having to carry those ridiculously large books
